the most challenging section

of the TA.

Some fellow walkers

already begin to feel

like family.

Starveall hut is at the end

of seven hours

of climbing

a lot of it

at least

at a 60° angle

We find ways

to amuse ourselves

and other signs of

encouragement.

We are moved

by Rebekah and Jonathan’s

signs of encouragement.

Sandi’s past tramping stories

provide much hilarity.

Arriving in the hut,

a welcoming fire on,

we find out

left the hearts

for Rebekah..
